GGT Footing is used at international horse show facilities and for FEI World Cup Jumping and Dressage events, and most recently was selected for the facilites at the WEG held in 2010 at the Kentucky Horse Park. GGT Footing attributes:

Stabilizes sand particles and delivers high elasticity with good resistance to compaction.
Gentle on the bare hoof (less horn abrasion) with great energy absorption for less concussion.
High slide strength and intermediate shear resistance delivers additional stability.

High water storage capacity as well as good emission and drainage.
